RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in supply chain and order management areas.
- Managing returns from the Customers.
- Coordinating resolution of shipping incidents.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and French min. B2).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent attention to accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Previous experience in customer service or supply chain and order management areas is an advantage.
